Not too sweet with the right amount of tartness. Comparable with the Passion Fruit butter.
I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I liked a local fruit butter and wanted to see if pineapple was an option. I bought a sample pack and larger pineapple butter container. It is on the pricy side if you live on the mainland. But I’m glad I tried it. The pineapple is sweet and light. Tastes wonderful on crackers. Easily spread and nice consistency. I found its scent was pretty light and had a nice color. Despite the price of shipping, I will likely be buying more.
Have been buying these jars of goodness for the last 10 years. Fantastic on a toast or to make a flavored buttercream frosting for a cake.
I have ordered several different Liko butter flavors and pineapple butter is another onolicious flavor. I have a hard time decided which flavor I’ll be using each day. You can use on all kinds of bread, pancakes and French toast.
