The lime adds the right balance of tartness to the butter. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel the Passion Fruit butter is superior.
Every Butter Spread I have tried has been delicious, but I think the Tahitian Lime might be my favorite. It is soooo good! Sweet with a lime tartness. Yum! 😋
melt it slightly and pour it over a high-quality vanilla ice cream with a locally made shortbread cookie on the side. Honestly, it was one of the best desserts I’ve had in my life.
